Room temperature aberrant equalized curve at some frequency band, where some substructural resonant curves shifted beyond the limit, was designed to considered all-inclusive property at room temperature, high temperature and low temperature. The gain frequency characteristic and input-output characteristic of microwave vacuum tube were analyzed.
