Management of street lighting by relative value of the rate of change of natural light

Abstract

the report describes methods and means of street lighting management.Based on the change of natural illuminance E at dusk and dawn and analysis of the derivative E’ over time (dE/dt), an algorithm is proposed for turning on/off devices for local (by cassettes) and individual (by luminaries) control of the street lighting systems.
