Abstract

The photoinduced change of dielectric properties of chalcogenide glasses were investigated. It was found that the integrated and monochromatic light lead to the change of the value and shape of the dispersion curves of dielectric permittivity /spl epsiv/ and dielectric losses tg /spl delta/.
