Abstract

Flexible electronic devices are widely adopted in fields of sensors, wearable equipments, RFID and large-area applications, for their features of bending and stretching. However, relatively fewer research works on computation with flexible electronic devices are reported, due to their poor carrier mobility and stability. In this paper, a novel circuit architecture of image filtering accelerator using Organic Thin-film transistor (OTFT), which could realize real-time image signal convolution in analog domain, is proposed.
