Russian Abstract: В статье исследуется вопрос состава участников отношений экономического федерализма. Автор аргументирует позицию учета муниципальных образований в качестве самостоятельных участников этих отношений. English Abstract: The article considers the question of the number of the participants of economic federalism relationships. The author gives reasons for the viewpoint to consider municipal entities as independent participants of these relations.
