Message from the Organizing Secretary

Abstract

I would like to personally welcome each ofyou to the ninth edition ofthe ICCIC series, 2018 IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Computing Research (2018 IEEE ICCIC). It is an exciting time for the expert members and volunteers of ICCIC to continue to grow and adapt to the changing requirements ofthe modem research community. Our team is confronting a time ofmany changes and we are meeting these changes during a time of larger nationwide and global change in conference publication scenario. Organizing a good quality knowledge sharing event like this is our aim right from 2009, the year we have started working for the first edition ofICCIC. We will continue to meet and bring inspired people together to ensure ICCIC remains at the cutting edge.
