DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS IN GERMANY: UNIVERSITY IN THE EPOCH OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

This article presents the digital transformations in science, research and education in Germany. The article deals with the forms of financing and implementation of digitalization programs at the federal level. Particular attention is paid to the digitalization of higher education, the problems of universities in the age of digital technologies and ways of their decisions.
