Abstract

High system throughput and fairness among the users seem always two contradictory aspects in multi-user system. In multi-cell environment, the intense interference from neighboring cell sharpens the contradiction. In this paper, technique of random beamforming is used not only to avoid the intense interference statistically but also alleviate the contradiction.
