Abstract

GIS (Geographic Information System) technology has a great advantage in cultural heritage conservation management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in current architectural heritage conservation information management, and points out the necessity and feasibility to apply GIS technology to it. A preliminary design scheme is put forward of architectural heritage conservation management information system, and the system functions of supporting the conservation planning and management are expatiated.
