Corporate business strategies according to M. Porter on the example of Tesla

Abstract

The article aims to disclose information about Tesla’s corporate strategies through theoretical and practical research of the topic. The theoretical part presents a full-fledged base of information on corporate strategies of M. Porter. In the practical part, the approach to corporate strategies of Tesla company and its change during the life of the company is considered.
