Abstract

The scientific sphere of retail sales using automated technical systems named vending machines is considered. The main problems of automation of quality management in such systems are researched. The description of the existing methods of automation of quality management is given. Possible scenarios for the development of automation systems are proposed. Recommendations for the automation of sales quality management through vending machines were formed. The assessment of state of devices and software market for vending companies is conducted. The main prospects of automation of quality management in the field of retail sales with using vending machines are defined.
