Abstract
Chaclogenide glass based submicron photonic structures have been considered as prospective nonlinear devices operating in the mid-infrared spectral range. Tailoring of the group velocity dispersion and ultra-fast pulse duration enables to achieve the efficient spectrum broadening in the highly nonlinear glass.
