By constructing the mathematic model, the amplitude and phase conditions of transmitting microwaves are analyzed for achieving high-resolution distance of targets. Abstract

Motivated by classic laws of refraction which has been realized in optical systems, a scattered microwave modulated by plasma cylinder is proposed to obtain focused high-resolution distances of targets.
