Abstract

An novel slotted-array antenna based on SIC (Substrate Integrated Cavity) structure for millimeter-wave application is presented. 3 $\times$ 3 rectangular slots and an ellipse-ring slot amalgamate to form the slot array on the top surface of SIC structure.
