Our system architecture and the parsing algorithm makes the DVB platform flexible, extensible, and easy to be integrated with the existing E-Learning SCORM materials. Abstract

E-Learning standard (SCORM) has been extensively devel- oped in recent years. It provides the direction of extending distance edu- cation to other mediums.
