Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate an optical architecture that computes the spectral correlation function of high bandwidth waveforms, employing the conjugate multiplication of signals via four-wave mixing in optical fiber. The SCF provides information regarding the baud rate, carrier frequency, and pulse shape of detected waveforms.
