Intelligent Building has become the mainstream in the modern constructions.And it also becomes more and more important in the construction's markets.The paper introduces the development of the intelligent constructions and its different structures.It also introduces the development trend of the intelligent constructions in energy saving and summing-up the exist problems in the planning,processing and engineering check and accept of the intelligent constructions.The paper also puts forward author's own thinking.
