They ideally use appropriate among available modes to suit organizational needs. They also utilize the modes of communication to preserve their freedom at work and at the same time be accountable for their tasks to the authority. This paper is based on intensive case study, using participant observation method and conducted in two large firms in the city of Hyderabad. Abstract

In India, the software industry is focussed on providing services such as software applications for financial institutions, airlines, and maintenance of the same. There is a greater emphasis on communication channels in this segment of Information Technology based industry.
