Our new antenna, choosing ferrite as its substrate, applied Yagi antenna's principle microstrip antenna theory and the design experience of Yagi antenna. By using ferrite's special characteristic, this antenna realizes tunable radiation pattern and centural frequency. Abstract
A novel microstrip Yagi antenna with tunable radiation pattern and central frequency is presented. Microstrip Yagi antenna has a obvious disadvantage that the main lobe doesn't easy to adjust.
