Abstract

Yehuda Stavsky* Visiting Assistant Professor of Structural Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Mass. On leave from the Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel March 24, 1959 equations and the number of boundary conditions corresponding to it, as compared to the order of the system and its number of boundary conditions for the homogeneous plate.
