Abstract

Conditions of the appearing of nonlinear products (four-wave mixing) of 2f/sub i/-f/sub j/ type are considered in optical transmission systems paths with DWDM. Expressions for the number of combination products and their substitution in optical C-range are obtained and analyzed.
