Abstract

With over 270 million people worldwide infected with COVID-19 and over 5,3 million deaths since the pandemic began [1] the World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended the implementation of public health measures such as the quarantine of all individuals suspected of infection for 14 days [2-5]. Numerous countries have also implemented “social distancing” and “lock-downs” of varying degrees of severity for entire communities in an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19 [6-15]. ABSTRACT
