Different reflection times on transmitted signal wave bring different envelope strength of the received signal. Abstract

Each element in the Reconfigurable Intelligent Sur-faces (RISs) can independently change the phase (or/and) amplitude of the incident signal, so the RISs can be used to enable users to better receive the signal transmitted by the transmitter.
