Abstract

Power line communication is an evolving technology to support transmission of power and information simultaneously. However, noise, multipath propagation, fading etc. are the main barriers that causes the signal degradation in a power line channel. We have designed a power line coupler for power line channel. In this paper, we have developed and applied a mathematical model of power line and tested the power transfer capability of the power line using the designed coupler. The simulation results show that the couplers are well-suited with the line parameters and provide easy path for high frequency signal. 多径传播电力线信道的性能分析
