Abstract

Cyber physical systems (CPS) is the integration of three processes: physical process, communication process and computation process. Due to the high demand of safety and real- time feature, CPS requires massive real-time spatial and temporal messages. Therefore, representation and demonstration of spatio- temporal information is vital in every stage, such as specification, design, operation, control, and supervision of CPS.
