The study population was 15 students participating in extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 2 Ngabang. The sample was taken using saturated sampling. The researcher took all of the population, with a sample of 15 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, namely the squat style long jump ability test. Data analysis using the t-test formula. The problem discussed in this study is how the effect of training with ladder drills on long jump abilities (experimental study on: extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 2 Ngabang).
