Abstract

In order to study influence of third order dispersion on 2D optical code-division multiple-access (OCDMA). on the definition of the bit error rate (BER) of 2D OCDMA system in ideal condition and calculation formula are derived, expression of BER is given considering the third order dispersion effect.
