Abstract
The article analyzes the problems, and also considers the main financial and managerial results of the reform of local self-government (LSG) in Russia. The emphasis is made on the analysis of the features of the current stage of the reform, which started in 2020 with the introduction of the new version of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of provisions regarding local self-government.
