Abstract

The presented study has as its objective the analysis of the Impedance Bonds (IB) placed in the isolated double rail track circuits of the automatic coded-current block system and provided measurements of current absorption in realistic environment with railway traffic. The conducted analysis aims to determine the need for technological upgrades of the different types of Impedance Bonds.
