ԴԱՏԱԿԱՆ ՔՆՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԺԱՄԿԵՏՆԵՐԸ ՊԱՏՎԻ, ԱՐԺԱՆԱՊԱՏՎՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԵՎ ԳՈՐԾԱՐԱՐ ՀԱՄԲԱՎԻ ՊԱՇՏՊԱՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԳՈՐԾԵՐՈՎ

Abstract

The present article is dedicated to the peculiarities of the examination of cases on the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation and, in particular, the necessity to set short deadlines for dispute resolution. Within the scope of the article the law formed by the ECHR decisions, doctrinal approaches, and the experience of foreign countries are presented. Within the scope of the article, it is proposed to establish a three-month period for the examination cases of protection of honor, dignity and business reputation in the first instance court, allowing the court in extremely exceptional cases to extend that period for another three months. Time limit, procedural time limit, time limit for cases regarding the honor and dignity, time limit for examination of cases, the business reputation honor, and dignity.
