Steps towards cloud governance. a survey

Abstract

Special characteristics of cloud computing have enhanced its rate of adoption for small medium-sized enterprises. Its associated economic model allow for small actors to become more visible, and enable them to collaborate and integrate their solutions for competing with big players on the IT market. As means of exploiting these opportunities, there is a necessity for adopting of solutions which enhance the efficacy of in the cloud activities - cloud management -and allow the migration of business and operational aspects altogether - cloud governance -while integrating services in order to build complex, targeted, solutions for their customers' needs.
