Abstract

A new eddy current control has been designed for high performance color display tubes, offering better spot quality for both center gun and side gun. In contrast to other system, we used computer aided method and obtained the spot of asymmetric field. The measured results of the spot, convergence and other picture feature will be presented in the paper.
