Changes in Employment and Working Conditions from the Perspective of Industry 4.0

Abstract

The aim of the publication is to answer the question: How will employment and working conditions change from the point of view of Industry 4.0 (I 4.0)? The digitization of production is a process that has been progressing extremely dynamically for several years now. The process is driven by the speed of technological change in I 4.0. In cyber–physical reality, the number and structure of employees and their qualifications are changing irreversibly and new working conditions are being created. In such a situation, there is a need to analyze the topic—both a challenge and necessity for scientists and practitioners because it is so very new. The publication is based on information from literature—an overview of scientific publications.
