This method uses a global optimization of the airspace flow distribution to avoid the problem of a rapid increase of the flow in some sectors during a specific time period, and addresses the issue of aircraft conflicts from a macro perspective. It aims to achieve flow balance in the entire airspace by artificially delaying the take-off time of the aircraft, and while keeping the original flight path of the aircraft unchanged. Abstract

With the rapid development of our country's civil aviation transportation industry, aircraft flow management in the airspace has become a hot issue in recent years.
