Nutritional recommendations and feeding management of Angora rabbits.

Abstract

Abstract This chapter discussed some of the guidelines in feeding Angora rabbits to maximize keratin (pure fine animal fibre) production. Two areas that were give emphasis are first provide all the nutrients the rabbit needs to realize its genetic potential for wool production and to avoid any disorder that may reduce the life-time performance of the animal.
