Equations to calculate the message delivery time and the probability of a message being delivered successfully using no more than a time delay bound are presented in this paper. Abstract
The message delivery time on a low earth orbit (LEO) satellite network is analyzed in this paper. The LEO network is assumed to be seamless and virtual cut-through switching is proposed for use.
