The Impact of Acceptance & Commitment Group Therapy on Pain-Related Acceptance in Veterans

Abstract

Ninety-four Veterans self-selected to participate in a 10-week ACT for chronic pain group. Paired samples t-tests were utilized to evaluate changes on the primary measure of pain acceptance whose domain scores are activities engagement and pain willingness and on secondary multidimensional outcomes.
