Research on Personalized Service System in E-Service

Abstract

To meet the personalized needs of users in E-service, such as E-learning and E-commerce, a personalized service system based on E-service (PSSES) is proposed. The structure of system and key technologies of realizing user interest module, personality filtering module are introduced in the paper. After the test use of the service system by some users, we found that the system could transform recessive demand to obvious demand for users. Thus, we thought it might be a practical solution to meet personalized needs of users essentially.
