To Problems of Qualimetric Estimation of Quality in Education and Science

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of a number of poorly-studied methodological problems of the application of qualimetric methods in order to manage the quality of activities and products of activity in key social spheres-education and science. It noted the existence of real laws restricting the ability of qualimetric methods in social management. At the same time, it is shown that the key to solving a whole range of problems of the development of education and science (competence approach, regulation and self-regulation of scientific activity) lies in the further development of qualimetric methods oriented to these spheres.
