Статья посвящена разработке проектных решений по автоматизации процесса формирования заявок на выделение полос частот. Представлены результаты функционального моделирования процесса формирования заявок. Приведена схема логической структуры базы данных. The article is devoted to the development of design solutions for automating the applications preparation process for the frequency bands allocation. The functional modeling results of the applications preparation process are presented. The scheme of the database logical structure is given. The software implementation of the procedures for editing and displaying data, an application preparation is described in detail.
