Abstract

This chapter covers the formation of the Four Girls, a Christian singing quartet with Jane, Connie Haines, Beryl Davis, along with Della Russell and Rhonda Fleming at various times. Also discussed is the adoption of the Waterfield’s third child Buck, and the filming of Fuzzy Pink Nightgown along with a romantic tryst Jane had on the set of the film, causing a major rift between Jane and Robert Waterfield. Also included is a USO-like trip Jane made to Korea to get away from Waterfield and a nightclub engagement at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas.
