The antenna is mainly composed of two slots, and fed with an L-shaped coupled feedline. By etching a slit on the metal frame, a good excitation of the monopole slot resonant mode can be achieved. Then combining with fundamental (half-wavelength) modes of two slot, the GSM850/900 (824∼960 MHz) and DCS/PCS/UMTS2100 (1710∼2170 MHz) operating bands can be covered. Abstract
