Abstract

Considers multimedia and its current and future relevance to education. Many of us have asked ourselves-are we facing a revolution in educational practice-is it already here-or is it coming. Will it be a comprehensive revolution-and if partial how partial, or is it reversible. What we would like to discuss is what conditions do we need for a breakthrough, what is available and where the first breakthroughs are likely to happen.<>
