When configured with proper parameters and initial conditions, strange attractors can be observed. Abstract
Voltage-controlled memcapacitor has the property of variable capacitance to voltage added on, that leads to nonlinear dynamic response. A three-order passive circuit with a voltage-controlled memcapacitor is proposed in this paper to generate chaotic oscillation. When configured with proper parameters and initial conditions, strange attractors can be observed.
