Development of experimental learning promotion system in blood collection techniques education

Abstract

We developed an experiential learning promotion system for nursing education based on Kolb's experiential learning theory with the intent to enable new nurses to acquire tacit knowledge about the specialized skills associated with blood collection techniques. This report presents our experimental method, results and considerations.
