Advanced Method of Movement Compensation in Video Coding Technologies

Abstract

Conceptual bases of construction of a method of compensation of movement of dynamic objects in a video stream directed on increase of efficiency of functioning of information and communication networks are considered. The method is based on the search for possible ways of convergence on six basis points.
