Abstract

A simple and efficient method based on discrete Fourier transform (DFT) to generate Nyquist signal is proposed and experimentally demonstrated in a bandwidth-limited VLC-SCFDE system. Compared to the conventional Nyquist signal shaping, the proposed method can obtain a low computation complexity as well as a significant BER performance improvement in the bandwidth-limited VLC-SCFDE system.
