Image Text Reader for Visually Impaired in Desired Language

Abstract

The paper presents an easy to use and convenient system using raspberry pi 3 for visually impaired or dyslexic person who wants the image or text to be converted (translated) to their origin language for easy understanding. The project involves drawing out the text present in the images captured and then converting it to speech in the language that is desired by the user
