The study is based on descriptive and causal comparative research design. It estimated the relationship between physical environment, supervisor support, job aid and work life conflict and employees’ performance and employees’ commitment. Regarding workplace environment and employee performance 176 structured questionnaires were administered to collect the data from respondents that consisted of employees of the commercial banks within Kathmandu valley. Abstract
