Abstract
This work reports the ferroelectric-piezoelectric characteristic of Nb doped BZT-BCT sol gel thin films pristine and after an optimized poling process. Displacement spectrum of cantilever is reported for pristine and poled state. The two spectra comparison clearly outlines the effectiveness of poling treatment.
